Information you choose to send

An inquiry or availability request may include your name, email address, preferred tour, travel date, group size, pickup location and message. Share only the details needed to answer your question or plan your trip. Please do not include payment card details, passport numbers or other sensitive documents in a message.

How inquiries are used

The booking team uses your information to respond, discuss availability, clarify your itinerary and pickup, and communicate about your visit. Details needed to deliver the tour may be shared with the people arranging your transport and activities.

Website inquiries are delivered by email when the email service is configured. Email and hosting providers process information as part of delivering these services. If you contact the team using your own email application, that message is also handled by your email provider.

The team also uses your contact details for operational messages about your inquiry, payment and booking, such as a payment receipt, confirmed pickup arrangements or a link to pay an outstanding balance. These messages concern the visit you are arranging; sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Payments

Where online checkout is enabled, Stripe handles payment through its secure card form or hosted checkout. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe. We store your booking details, selected tour, payment reference, deposit amount and payment status privately on our server to connect your payment to your tour and follow up with you.

Reviews you submit

The review form asks for your display name, email address, rating, comments and permission to publish your review. Submissions are sent privately to the team for moderation and are not published automatically. With your consent, your display name, rating and review text may appear publicly on the website. Your email address remains private and is used to handle the submission or discuss it with you.

Please leave out other people’s contact details and information you do not want made public. Contact the team if you want to correct a submitted review or request its removal.

Technical information

The website and its hosting services may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and error logs, to deliver pages and maintain the service. Advertising trackers and analytics scripts are not enabled by default.

Links to other websites

Links to tourism information and other external services take you to websites with their own privacy practices. Review those policies when using those services.

Questions, corrections or deletion requests

Contact the team at info@sulphurspringstlucia.com with questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion. Include enough information to identify the relevant inquiry or booking without sending sensitive documents. Some booking or payment records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
